It might also entail helping them find new interests, like gardening or photography, or assisting them in getting back into exercise by getting them a personal trainer or joining a gym.

Pickleball is among the most successful activities I've recently introduced to my customers. For many, this inexpensive but incredibly captivating sport has changed their lives.
